1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Safua, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Safua, operated by DarkoLab Inc., provides an engineering verification platform. By creating an account, you gain access to career tracks, a production workspace environment, AI-powered verification, and a Proof of Competency profile.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Safua. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share account access with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: submit code written by others as your own to obtain a fraudulent Proof of Competency profile; attempt to manipulate or game the AI verification system; share your login credentials or resell access; use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

Code you write in your Safua workspace is owned by you. The Safua platform, AI agents, curriculum content, and verification systems are owned by DarkoLab Inc. and protected by copyright.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All purchases are final. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Safua is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DarkoLab Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of Safua after changes constitutes acceptance.
