Safua assigns engineers to virtual companies that simulate real production environments. Every submission is reviewed by an AI supervision engine that evaluates across five dimensions of engineering competence. Verified work accumulates into a Proof-of-Competency profile \u2014 a portable, cryptographically verifiable engineering identity that replaces resumes, certificates, and coding interviews.
The Name
Why Safua
Safua was named after Afua Sarfoah, the founder's late mother. It carries the weight of a legacy and the ambition to prove that world-class AI talent can come from anywhere.
