DarkoLab Inc. ("Safua", "we", "us", "our") operates safua.ai and related services. We are incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.

2. Information We Collect

We collect account information (name, email address), usage data (missions submitted, code review scores, workspace session activity), and technical data (browser type, device type, IP address, and access times). We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide the Safua platform and your career track experience. To personalize your AI agent interactions based on your performance. To generate your Proof of Competency profile. To send you product updates and important account notices. To improve the platform through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf, including hosting providers, payment processors, transactional email services, and AI model providers. Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement.

5. Your Proof of Competency Profile

Your public profile is visible to employers and the public by default. This includes your submitted work, review scores, and career progression. You can set your profile to private at any time from your account settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@darkolab.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all data in transit. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Your IDE containers are fully isolated.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. If you are in the EU or EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability. Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings.
